The lovely morning of July 4th began with our shower tiles melting off their silicone base. This is something we have been conversing with our property manager about for the previous 5 months (Since our first day living at this house). We have voiced our concerns. We have shared the health risks. IT IS NOW UNUSABLE. It is time for them to stop jerking us around and start making some decisions and progress. It is no fun to have to dump buckets of water over your head in a bathtub as a grown adult. As much as I would hate to void our contract and have to move AGAIN this year, if it means having a shower and living without a mildew smell -- I will get legal involved.
