One Less Member in the Cotner House

After months of attempting to correct his behavior,

we decided that we were not going to be able to make Bear stop protesting Carter's existence. 

Six years with us, and back to the SPCA he went.

It's sad, but we were out of ideas and exhausted.  

Keep your fingers crossed that someone with a calm household falls for him real soon!

Houston Comes to Coarsegold

Matt's parents visited the grandparents in Coarsegold this last weekend and we went up for the night.

Carter had fun stealing back his snacks from Grandma.

Hide and seek was also a hit.

Matt had arranged for Eddies Bakery to make this cake.  It is the same flavor as one of our wedding cake tiers.  When I asked the occasion - 7 years ago Matt proposed to me.
