On our way back to Grand Junction, we stopped off in a well known town -- GOLDEN, COLORADO. You might wonder "Why?" -- why do you know that name?
Think commercials: "Coors Brewing Company in Golden, Colorado."
And yes, that's where we went.
Welcome to Coors! One of the largest breweries in the states!
Carter couldn't have a wristband, but he got a happy-face stamp instead
and he was VERY happy with it!
They gave us these cell phone/walkie talkie things and it did the tour for us.
AhhhhH! The freshest beer you could EVER taste!
"Cheers!" - Don't worry, Carter's is water!
Santa even visits!
The BEST slogan EVER!
Carter had to have a smashed penny from the Coors Factory!
Did you know Coors supports the troops overseas?
On our way from Golden to Grand Junction, we saw RAMS on the side of the road!
It was REALLY WINDY in the final stretch - Apparently, windy enough to knock a semi-truck over.
We stayed at Cara's house that night and in the morning we visited Starbucks on our way out of town to say our goodbyes. Carter was SCREAMING in Starbucks - but Cara made Carter's day with a cookie and all was better!
