Our 10th Anniversary
For our 10th anniversary (TIN/ALUMINUM) we went to a wonderfully acclaimed french restaurant in downtown Humble.
It was amazing.
Matt had a "Story of our Life" created out of stamped tin.
It made me cry.
In my efforts to recreate our wedding day kit... I added something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue.
The something borrowed was my "borrowed" and aluminumly framed print of what would later come
in the mail larger and matted:
Tickets to the House of Blues was my "something blue."
Karmin, here we come!
Such a great night.

9th Anniversary - Pottery (a bit belated)
I shot my ball of clay across the room 3 different times. One time, I actually split the wheel in half with the force of the clay whipping into the side wall.
No shock. I couldn't make my bowl "rise" either. A plate and a bowl it is.
Matt was a natural. He created a bowl.
We chose blue bowl. Green plate. It's us. It's perfect.

Visiting the Grands for their 60th Wedding Anniversary
Grandma and Grandpa have quite a few "Pets" these days.
Welcome to the 5th largest tree!
Upon returning to the meadow, there were close to 30 deer...
