Blue Goes Down Hill
Blue was diagnosed with chronic dry eye just days before he journeyed to Texas. He required several eye drops a day, and a steroid to increase tear production. One week after arriving, Matt found Blue's eye bleeding after he had scratched it with his paw.
Poor guy.
Later we learned that he had actually ripped out the cornea, and his iris actually clogged the wound. Due to that, he is now blind in that eye. Sad.
He has been quite the trooper through it all.
